Although somewhat connected to spirituality and the subtle, throughout my life, I experimented a lot in trying to find fulfillment externally, creating friction as I moved from one thing to the next, never truly feeling satisfied.

I wasn’t really connected to myself or what surrounded me because accumulated stress and ruminating thoughts were getting in the way.

After a lifetime of poor emotional management and evasive habits, in 2020, I began my Vedic Meditation journey following one of the hardest years of my life. After four years of diligent practice and training, I graduated as a teacher in early 2024.

Nowadays, I’m very fortunate to practice and teach the technique and knowledge that brought me baseline happiness and sustainable change, enhancing all aspects of my life, creative work, and relationships.

I’m here to help people and communities expand, be fulfilled, and live in relevant evolution while I create art, music and experiences that inspire and bring beauty to the world.

I want to share it with you.

Becoming  a  Teacher

Training in the foothills of the Himalayas in India for three months, learning from the best Vedic Meditation teachers in the world, was the single most expansive experience I’ve ever had.

We would spend our days attending lectures, studying Vedic philosophy, and meditating for 5 to 14 hours a day.

Although I fell in love with ashram monk life, when the course came to an end, I felt eager to engage with the modern world and share this simple, life-changing technique.

Beyond preparing to teach the ancient and effortless meditation technique that had transformed my life in the purest and most efficient way, I underwent a process of mind and body purification that equipped me to support any student through the different processes brought by meditation.

Since graduating, I’ve been officially recognized by the ancient Shankaracharya tradition of India, with the blessing of Shri Shri 1008 Mahamandaleshwar Swami Kailashanand Giri Ji Maharaj, a revered Master of India. Fewer than 200 teachers worldwide meet this criterion.

I’ve studied for over 2,500 hours and have been closely trained by Thom Knoles—Maharishi Vyasanand Saraswati—the only Westerner to have ever been properly inducted into the tradition at such a high level. Thom was trained by Maharishi Mahesh Yogi and has taught meditation to over 40,000 people around the world. He is an expert in the fields of neuroscience, consciousness, and Vedic philosophy.
